What you can ask us to delete

You can ask RYZ (BillionBright Solutions LLP) to delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes the information we received from Instagram when you verified your account: your Instagram user ID, username, name, profile picture and follower count, and the messages you sent to our Instagram account during verification.

Option 1. Remove the Instagram verification yourself

Open the Instagram chat with our official RYZ account and reply STOP. The verified tick is removed from your profile in the app and the profile details we saved from Instagram are cleared. The username you typed stays in your profile until you edit or remove it in the app.

Option 2. Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• The subject "Delete my data"
• Your Instagram username (and your RYZ app profile name, if you have one)
• Whether you want only the Instagram information deleted or your whole account and data deleted

We may reply to confirm that the request comes from you. We then delete the data within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Some records may be kept for as long as the law requires (for example, payment and tax records).

Other ways to remove our access

In Instagram, you can also remove RYZ's access under Settings, Apps and websites (or "Website permissions"). This stops new information being shared with us. To have what we already hold deleted, use Option 1 or Option 2.
